1. General Provisions
1.1. These rental terms and conditions regulate the rental of motorhomes and caravans (hereinafter – Vehicles) by MB "Eurokemperiai".
1.2. The vehicle rental service is provided by the lessor, and the person placing the order is considered the lessee.
1.3. By ordering a vehicle, the lessee confirms that they have read and agree to these rules.
2. Reservation and Payment
2.1. The client selects the type of vehicle, rental period (from–to) on the website and submits the order.
2.2. To confirm the order, the lessee pays a reservation fee of 100 EUR, which secures the selected vehicle for the chosen dates.
2.3. The reservation fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the fault of the lessor.
2.4. The total rental amount is paid upon collection of the vehicle.
3. Vehicle Handover and Return
3.1. The vehicle is handed over to the lessee on the agreed day, with a full fuel tank, in technical working order and clean.
3.2. The lessee undertakes to return the vehicle on the agreed day in the same condition as it was handed over (full fuel tank, clean, undamaged).
3.3. If the vehicle is returned late, an additional fee is charged for each delayed day, as specified in the rental agreement.
4. Terms of Use
4.1. The vehicle may be driven only by the lessee or a person designated by the lessee who holds a valid driver’s license and has at least 2 years of driving experience.
4.2. The lessee is prohibited from:
- transferring the vehicle to third parties,
- participating in races or competitions,
- transporting dangerous or illegal goods,
- using the vehicle on roads it is not intended for.
4.3. The lessee is responsible for traffic violations, fines, and tolls.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1. All vehicles are covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance.
5.2. In case of an accident, theft, or damage to the vehicle, the lessee must immediately inform the lessor and the police.
5.3. The lessee is liable for damage to the vehicle caused by their fault (e.g., improper use, accident, traffic violations).
5.4. The lessee is responsible for lost or damaged vehicle accessories, equipment, or documents.
6. Termination of the Agreement
6.1. The lessor has the right to terminate the agreement if the lessee violates these rules or misuses the vehicle.
6.2. In such cases, the reservation fee and paid amounts are non-refundable.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disagreements or disputes are resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
